Space Shuttle Atlantis Fly-By
11/25/09

The ISS and Space Shuttle Atlantis flew by Rapid City, SD during the evening of 11/25/09. They had undocked earlier in the day, so they were still in formation. It was an incredibly nice fly-by with some thin high clouds and aircraft contrails lit by the waxing 62% illuminated moon. The pair passed between Jupiter and Moon before disappearing in the earth's shadow.
